Panel data, or lists of health plans enrollees and their assigned primary care physicians, is collected quarterly from the following plan types: Health and Recovery Plans (HARPs), Qualified Health Plans (QHPs), Child Health Plus (CHP) Plans, Essential Plans (EPs), Medicaid Managed Care (MMC) Plans and HIV Special Needs Plans (SNPs).
Quarters end on the following dates: March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31.
